• The film is an attempt at the whole A.I. Genre. With the world of computing making immense strides, the movie tries to explore the next gen. before it gets here. The plot is alright, the pace does drag. But Rebecca Hall and Johnny Depp try their best. Rebecca Hall brings a lightness to the proceedings and Johnny Depp’s one-liners are fun.
All in all, a movie to watch when you have to kill a few hours or if you want to experience a time-lock.

  • If you have 2 hours to kill, and you have left your brain at home, then this movie works. Don’t expect great shocks, or plot twists, you can see them from a mile away. Michelle Dockery is pretty to watch. In the end, you can be glad that atleast they got the title right.

  • The stars don’t shine as bright in this film. The movie shows us some amazing art work and the magnitude of the sacrifice that was needed to save such pieces. Some of the depiction of the paintings and sculptures are sublime. If you enjoy art, then you will enjoy the references to various masters. The movie’s point that to save a generation, lives will be lost however the creations of those people shouldn’t be.

  • The action sequences, while few, are quite good. Robocop’s training and testing are also quite cool. Samuel L. Jackson definitely has his moment to shine and you will not be disappointed. The whole idea is about the blurring of the line that divides humans from machinery. A few pertinent questions are asked regarding the culture of consumerism and security. The graphics are alright. On the whole, a film which can be seen, but you will have to try to be patient.

  • On the whole, this is a one-time watch movie. Humour is present in bits. You just get a chuckle or two, in fact. There are a few touching moments. But nothing that reaches in. The emotion doesn’t leave the screen. A movie where token parts are performed, not lived. Delivery Man is a movie where you are left wanting more at the end of it.
