• Happy Bhag Jayegi is worth a watch for Jimmy Shergill and Abhay Deol. Consider this Diana Penty film this weekend only if you have already watched last week’s releases, Rustom and Mohenjo Daro, and are not keen on Hollywood films such as Ben Hur or Pete’s Dragon.

  • Visually, this film does not offer anything novel. The CGI heavy frames with 3D effects, over a period of time, get tedious because most of the action has been seen in recent disaster films.  The set-action sequences too are nothing to write home about. And the alien ‘Queen’ ship though gigantic, is pretty unimpressive.  Overall, “Independence Day: Resurgence” is a huge disappointment.

  • Raman Raghav 2.0 is strictly meant for Anurag Kashyap fans. The film maker is known to make films that are hatke, and Raman Raghav is no exception to that.

  • Like its predecessor, this one too is an animated adventure film with anthropomorphised wildlife, in the same cinematic universe, telling a nearly-similar story.

  • On paper Teen promises to be a gripping thriller that brings together these two parallel investigations into the two kidnappings but sadly does quite tie up the things together and the elements that bring about the mystery remain obfuscated throughout the tale.

  • Packed to busting with over-the-top action set pieces that are so ridiculous, the film has a frenetic pace that you lose track of the narrative. The computer generated images, over a period of time, actually are an eye-sore, especially with cars flying through the air, turtles skydiving and the alien invasion which is directly picked from ‘The Avengers’ stylebook.  Overall, this film, with its tech-heavy sequences, fails to deliver what even fans would expect.

  • Overall, “X-Men: Apocalypse” with conflicting passions among its characters is neither lucid nor exciting.

  • High-end action saves the otherwise dull chemistry of this Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer…

  • Teraa Surroor, in simple words, is a true Himesh film made for his crazy fans. You will definitely love the songs of the film and the beautiful locations in the movie are a treat to your eyes.

  • Fitoor looks highly enchanting but the plot only disappoints as the movie inches closer to the end. The film does not live upto the expectations.
