Barfi may not showcase an original story but does have a powerful impact of its’ own. It unfolds a story which may not be very easy to relate to our daily lives but the emotions that come out in every part of the movie is very thought – provoking.
The story actually uncovers the gradual change that each character undergoes in the movie. Ranbir’s acting is effortless and brilliant. His acting proves that emotions don’t have a language. Even a deaf and dumb individual can express himself equally well as a normal human. Ileana looks very pretty and acts well too. On the other hand, Priyanka shows lot of hard work towards building her character well. Overall, the movie is going to make you cry and successfully makes you live in the moment…it somewhere proves that it is not always necessary to find happiness through materialistic pleasures. There is lot more to life (than money and wealth)which are much more precious for our happiness.

I actually went to watch this movie after reading the HT review. The movie had received just about 2 out of 5 rating. However,I was ready to take the risk and frankly speaking it was worth it!
Although the movie revolves around Imran, his co-star Ali Zafar steals the show. Although, it is a simple story, the movie progresses in a beautiful way bit by bit. There is right amount of sense of humour , best displayed by Imran’s close friends. The movie is overall very vibrant and engrossings with foot tapping music..Ali Zafar is to watch out for! Imran needs to clearly start ‘acting’ and Katrina is beautiful as usual but needs to get rid of her British accent for God’s sake……

This is a must watch for all age groups.
3D effects and entire animation is extremely unique and creative. There is action, comedy, drama, thriller….you name it and you have it…
Film is filled with beautiful and colorful creatures you have never seen before…..

The story evolves beautifully and so are the characters… Realistic and engrossing! Sushant, Amit and Rajkumar have showcased brilliant acting….a MUST watch!
