Shahrukh Khan's 'Uyire' or 'Dil Se' is one of the best Hindi love sagas ever made- the ones with tender passion, and genuinely romancing Shahrukh Khan. It was the best among Mani Ratnam's thematic terrorism love trilogy, which also consisted of 'Bombay' and 'Roja'. Shahrukh plays a genuinely impressive role of an AIR executive, and Manisha Koirala pulls it off great as a terrorist disguised as an Indian woman. There was a subtly performing, charming Preity Zinta in the role of Preeti (not coincidental, because Bollywood). There was rail dancing, there was raw passion and musical touch to its vibrancy. Technically, it was Shahrukh's romance in a raw form. He was just lovely, and the film too.
