Frankly, 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' is pretty much laughable entertainment. It's Luv Ranjan's best, and the most fun. We have bromance in conflict with 'straight' romance, and the twist in the notion that everything is fair in love and war. Its the war against love, and its totally fair. So sure it also oozes with misogynistic fervour, but that is relatively in lesser proportions. Kartik Aaryan is absolutely arresting as Sonu, the friend. He along with his on-screen bhabhi Sweety (played by Nushrat Bharucha) overpower even stars like the 'not-so-sanskaari' Alok Nath as Ghasitaram, Ayesha Raza as Titu ki Maa and Madhumalti Kapoor as the grandma. Sure it's a film which revolves around a high-class family, but it entertains everyone not in a high-class ecosystem quite perfectly.
