The biggest drawback of the movie is its speed. Crisp editing would have made a lot of difference if Wright had ignored the temptation of keeping his beloved track shots and top shots.

Productionwise, a few scenes really make you jump in your seats, so I am assuming those took most of the 3-D budget that a few crucial scenes, like the one in the very end, that needed better rendering, suffered. Having scene Karen Gillan throw mean punches in Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, watching the awkward action choreography in her scenes feels jarring.

Please do not compare it to Sidney Lumet’s 1974 version and you will actually be able to enjoy it
