Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke is a 1993 Bollywood film directed by Mahesh Bhatt, produced by Tahir Hussain and with a musical score by Nadeem-Shravan. It stars Aamir Khan and Juhi Chawla. The film is a remake of the Hollywood film Houseboat , starring Cary Grant and Sophia Loren. The film fetched the Filmfare Best Actress Award for Juhi Chawla, and director Mahesh Bhatt won the 1994 National Film Award - Special Jury Award. The film also won the Filmfare Best Film Award. It was generally alleged during the time that the movie was ghost-directed by Aamir Khan because Mahesh Bhatt did not show up at the sets several times. The film was Super hit at the box office.
