Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai
Despite being full of issues, the film is pretty outstanding and is one of Ram's stronger works. Ram is a very singular director and 'Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai' is often some of his finest work.

'Dorothy' is bold, it is brilliant and it is both Subbaraj's most grounded and daring work. Overall, 'Dorothy' is not a perfect film - the didacticism sometimes feels heavy-handed. But Subbaraj is not interested in making perfect films; he is a maximalist director who always aims for a home run, and more often than not, he achieves it.

Overall, 'Con City' is a fun film which can be enjoyed with the family. A similar recent film that comes to mind is 2024's Dulquer Salmaan starrer 'Lucky Bhaskar', but 'Con City' is easily a far superior film in both its storytelling and craft.
