The basic ideas are not particularly new, and the slow-paced narration reduces the impact in several portions. The forest atmosphere, cave sequences, graphics, cinematography and production values allow MS Raju to leave his mark despite the familiar storyline.

Irumudi

2026 · AP7AM

This is a film that moves somewhat away from the usual Ravi Teja template. Instead of presenting him primarily as the energetic mass hero audiences are accustomed to, Shiva Nirvana places him before the audience as an ordinary father who will go to any extent for his daughter. Overall, Irumudi scores well for attempting something different with Ravi Teja and has the ingredients to find a place among his successful films.

Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups

Toxic has impressive production values, striking visuals and a star-heavy cast, but the weak narrative structure, excessive violence, confusing conflicts and lack of convincing emotional depth prevent those strengths from coming together effectively.
