Linus Sandgren
Linus Sandgren is a Swedish cinematographer. He is best known for his work with Damien Chazelle on La La Land and his collaborations with David O. Russell on the films American Hustle and Joy. He worked with Gus Van Sant on Promised Land where he shot the film in a unique format, Super 35mm 1.3x anamorphic. For his work on La La Land, which he shot in the classic Cinemascope ratio 2.55:1, he won the Academy Award, BAFTA, Critics Choice and 19 other awards for his cinematography.[1][2][3][4] He is a member of the Swedish Society of Cinematographers, FSF.
