Mr. Lawrence

Douglas Lawrence Osowski , better known as Mr. Lawrence and sometimes credited as Doug Lawrence, is an American voice actor, comedian, writer, storyboard artist, animator, director and producer best known for his work on the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, on which he voices the show's villain Sheldon Plankton. He also voiced the character of Filburt on Rocko's Modern Life and has written for both Rocko's Modern Life and SpongeBob SquarePants.
