Selvi

Selvi is South India's first female taxi driver. She was forced to marry at a young age and found herself in a violent and abusive marriage. One day she escaped with the intention of committing suicide but instead she went on to learn how to drive to become a taxi driver. Over ten years she started her own taxi company and led seminars to educate other women.
