Sukanya is a South Indian actress, singer, music composer, Bharatanatyam danseuse and voice actor. She has predominantly acted in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu movies, although she did two roles in Kannada films. She was the leading actress from 1991 to 1997. She has also composed two Vaishnava devotional albums namely "Azhagu" and "Thirupathi Thirukudai Thiruvizha".Wikipedia
