Daily Bhaskar's Film Reviews

Mumbai 125 KM is just another Bollywood’s attempt to make a horror flick that does absolutely no justice to horror as a genre. The story revolves around 5 friends who leave for Mumbai in a car and start witnessing spooky things once they are just 125 km away from the city.

The film is full of loopholes and to be honest there is no reason why you would want to watch Sonali Cable. Although if you want an outing this weekend, you can go for it. However, we would suggest you to wait for the next weekend.

The film has many loopholes, and some parts are hard to digest. But Tamanchey still qualifies for a one time watch. If you are expecting glamour of Bang Bang or class of Haider, then please plan something else for the week. But if you are a fan of crime capers, which are strange yet entertaining, then book the tickets for Tamanchey.
-
No logic here! Watch it if you want to see amazing action, or you are a fan of Hrithik Roshan.
-
If you are amongst those cinema fans, who wait for a good movie, and typical Bollywood masala is not your cup of tea, then Haider is the film for you. It is cinema on canvas.
-
Daawat-e-Ishq has an interesting story, backed by good acting performances. ½ star extra to director Habib Faisal for treating the controversial issue so interestingly.
-
You can’t completely write-off the film, it’s a one time watch if you have nothing to do this weekend. In fact, Kirron Kher, despite her repetitive acting, is still very entertaining throughout the film. Presence of Fawad Khan will definetly drag her female fans to the theater. Rest, Sonam Kapoor’s fans will get what they expect from her.
-
If you like to watch offbeat cinema, and you loved Lunch Box and Ship of Theseus, then Finding Fanny is your treat for the weekend. But the lovers of a typical Bollywood masala film should give it a miss.
-
To sum up, Creature 3D is possibly the world’s most hilarious horror/sci-fi film. You can watch it for a nice laugh with your friends. We planned to give it 5 stars for the comedy, but unfortunately it’s a horror film, so we settled for 1.

Don’t expect realistic cinema here. It’s a commercial film, and there are many differences between what has been shown about Mary Kom’s life and what actually happened. Watch it for Priyanka Chopra.
