In Lust Stories, the directors have a huge field to play around in and they make the most of it. They prove that lust, after all, is yet another expression of love.

Don’t go for the slow-mos and the dialogues. Watch it for the story, and the incredible performances. It’s a bit too long and there will be a time when you might feel bored but the climax will defintely make up for it.

It’s being hailed as a female buddy flick and the girls are open about drinking, having flings and discussing sex, which by and large is taboo in our films, so it’s brave in that sense. But it has nothing to do with women empowerment. Once you accept that and watch the film you are in for a crazy ride. Yes, there are loopholes in the story but then it never professed to be taken seriously. It’s pitched as a comedy and one needn’t always find logic in the fun.

If you’re game for action and a fan of Tiger Shroff’s stuntbaazi, then you should give this film a shot.
-
The youth will connect with it and the ending will take you by surprise. One star only for the climax which combines emotion, drama and humour perfectly. A very rare instance to happen in a Bollywood film, watch the film only for that if nothing!
-
It’s an interesting film for those feel strongly for our army. And, of course Manoj’s performance should certainly not be missed.
-
Balki who is known for turning things on its head has done it again with Pad Man. While the subject itself lends to it, the story telling is what makes the difference. An awkward and taboo subject has been dealt with sensitivity and even humour. However, the film does get preachy at points, and slows it down.

This is a full-on masala entertainer and seeing the way the people bajaoed ceeties and taalis whenever Salman came on screen, the superstar has a winner with this one. Watch it for him and the superb action.

Just don’t compare it with the original Hollywood film and once again Chef will leave you with a smile.

It’s a movie made for the fans of the franchise. Carefully packaged to give the feeling of satisfaction but nothing more. Spending 109 minutes to smile is not a great price to pay. Go for it.
