I went in without expectations but came out thoroughly impressed and entertained. This indeed is Ajab Gazaab Love!

CHAKRAVYUH gives you a ringside view of the people’s movement. More importantly, you will be the one to decide on which side the truth lies. Kudos to Jha for dealing with such a sensitive topic without taking sides.
A must see movie.

It’s a super-duper film, one that cannot be missed at any cost.

CHITTAGONG is a film that should reach all schools, colleges and corporate houses. It gives you an insight of how the freedom we now enjoy was fought for bravely by youngsters, who put country over self.

Go watch it. It’s a lesson worth its weight in gold.

In the end, the message that is preached is the simple truth I spoke of in the beginning. That of loving. God is within all of us. We all have to look within, instead of running here and there in search of God. Someone has rightly said, stones enter the temple and become gods, we enter the temple and still remain stones!

BARFI! is a one-man show – Ranbir Kapoor.Barfi and Jhilmil together is just not logic. It is tragic. Take away the character of Jhilmil and Basu would have been on a roll. There are a few poignant moments in the film and this is thanks to the three ‘bechara characters’ who tug at your heart. Visually, the film is appealing. It has a different treatment and a hatke cinematic appeal. The three star rating is not for the brilliance of the film; it’s for the genius of Ranbir Kapoor. A performance worth a watch!

What works for the film big time apart from Salman Khan is the action. It’s slick and woven well into the script. It pushes the story forward unlike the song which jerks it backwards (by many miles). Also, the fact that Salman is gung-ho about the action and romance in this film is a huge plus. Clearly, he is having the time of his life, doing what he loves to do best and in return getting appreciation from his fans.

Is super hilarious in bits and at some points, dips deplorably low. Actually to the pits! The parts that really pull the movie down are with Chunkey Pandey who is able to make a billionaire (Anupam Kher) believe that a Pug is the reincarnation of his mother even while his daughter Anu Marlo (Sarah Jane Dias) cries hoarse telling him to chuck out the fraud. Chunky has some really sad situations and lines that present him more like a monkey!

FKS is a fun ride. Fathers too busy with their work to attend to their kids ‘growing up’ emotional needs will get an ‘education’.
