For most of Salman Khan fans, his film is a euphoria. It’s about a god-like fandom which defies the logic and deductions enumerated in the four-column reviews of the critics. The third installment of Dabangg series begets the question: Can you sustain and gain from the tactic for far too long? Irrespective of what any critic would tell you, there can hardly be a doubt that there is nothing that can stop a Salman Khan film at the box office. However, wise people say, never say never!

RAW could have had an interesting story line but Robbie Grewal’s overambitious route leads to the downfall of RAW. Patriotism is overused to compensate for what we will call bland storytelling.

…it could be Kabir’s most mediocre movie till date but when television news channels cannot stop screaming about strained relations, fuelling war from volatile situations rather than dousing them, here’s a story that must be heard. As a film it might not be an exemplary work but as a thought it dares to provoke impressionable minds to use logic rather than fall prey to warmongering. Who’s listening?

To point out that the film is unoriginal is futile. Besides blaming the convoluted writing of the film, its forgettable songs at regular intervals hardly makes a strong case for it. Its fabulous dialogues are a handful in number and doesn’t have the punch, one may have hoped for.

Dear Zindagi starts off as a rap song but ends on an aarti note. Too bad you never realized when your party turned into a jagrata. 

The one thing, you can’t question is Abhinay Deo’s intentions. He does his best to make a nifty thriller that doesn’t give you a minute to breathe and takes you on a roller coaster ride, which any adrenaline junkie will enjoy. The evolved movie-goers, however, need more than just time pass. There’s so much to enjoy yet it’s just not enough.

It is not terrible but when you go for this movie, despite the ample warning from its boring trailers, you ought to have expected what the film has proven – THE MAGIK HAS RUN OUT!
Watch a rerun of Gattu’s movie instead; this one is a limp show. 

As a Diwali hamper, it is passable. You laugh at the jokes, you cry a little. The music is great. If you don’t mind watching Rockstar marries Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and has a child named Fault in your stars in two-and-a-half hours, then you can watch Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. This Diwali, it is the less ridiculous of the two releases.

Performances are stable but the story is a let down. 172 minutes is a lot to bear some good butt kickin’. Ajay, hire some better writers next time and give the chillum a break!

Even at 2 hours and a couple of minutes, Mirzya is dreadfully tiresome to watch. It is arresting visually but too dull to hold your attention.
