Apex
2026 · Indian Express
Under Baltasar Kormákur, whose Everest and Adrift turned survival into spectacle, the premise brims with promise, yet the film feels curiously adrift, stripped of urgency, and untouched by emotional resonance. Where Apex truly comes alive is in its physicality and cinematography, but the film doesn't always meet Theron's performance halfway, and Egerton's menace never quite lands.

A Working Man
2025 · Indian Express
The film never quite crackles, but it doesn't fumble either. The pacing is taut, but emotionally, A Working Man feels like a flatline punctuated by action beats. It's not that it's bad. It's that it never dares to be better.
