• It’s after a long time that I’ve seen a film that has spent so much time and effort on research. Hats off to Gulzar and Bharadwaj for their digging and making a documentary thriller, a genre that is largely unexplored in Indian mainstream cinema. To make a film like this with a cast that has no commercially viable star, you really need to believe in the story you are telling.

  • The only letdown in Dum Laga ke Haisha down is the ending, which seems a little too happy and pat. But this is a film meant to make you smile and believe in love. Go watch the film, I highly recommend it.

  • I have watched MSG –The Messenger, and survived.
And if the average small town moviegoer or multiplex elite are going to take someone like Sant Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singhji Insaan seriously, they deserve all the fraud and disappointment that comes their way.

  • While all the films didn’t work for me, it’s nice to see people actually trying to make films that are different, to see actors who can act and don’t tom-tom the fact that they didn’t wear makeup. I’d watch Shorts just to see what the Indie underbelly of cinema is coming up with. And to see some darned good acting.
