Hi Nanna
2023 · Film Companion · Dec 2023
Hi Nanna makes up for its weaker parts with some super strong emotional moments and even after not being convinced with it in certain aspects, it's a story that's largely satisfying on the emotional level.
Bhagavanth Kesari
2023 · Film Companion · Oct 2023
Despite having some issues, Bhagavanth Kesari works pretty well on both fronts to a large extent, offering us an action entertainer with its heart at the right place. For a film that's trying to be both massy and meaningful, the narrative flows very well, with the humour, heroism, and emotion complementing each other wonderfully.
Waltair Veerayya
2023 · Cinema Express · Jan 2023
Bobby Kolli's fanboy film is a better masala film to come out in recent times. Films like Waltair Veerayya are reminders that masala cinema, when done neatly, will always be a treat.
