• Sanam Re is a yawn-fest from the start. Kudos to you if you survive the entire film.

  • Fitoor is a film that looks magical, has impressive performances, yet lacks ‘wow’ factor. This love story is not everyone’s cup of tea and hence those with artsy tastes may like it.

  • Sanam Teri Kasam is like watching Aashiqui 2; there is lots of weeping on both sides and the audiences are forced to go through so much drama.

  • Ajay Mehra has mellowed down and is mature now.  If you wanted to watch him thrash men with his ‘Dhaai Kilo Ka Haat ‘ and scream ‘Balwantrai ke kutton’ get set for disappointment.

  • Saala Khadoos is extremely formulaic and that’s where it falls flat. Strong performances do not save this predictable film.

  • Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 is a sex comedy that is typically Bollywood – it objectifies women, has no plot as such and has Tusshar Kapoor in the lead.

  • Airlift is definitely a one-time watch since it is a story of an unsung hero and also India’s proud moment. Akshay Kumar certainly gives an impressive performance…

  • …is a dramedy that is high and on drama and some unintentional comedy.

  • Wazir is a missed opportunity. It is a story that could have been gripping but suffers from a bad treatment, thus leaving you disappointed. Farhan and Big B do their best to save this botched up plot but they can’t. So basically, it’s like the audiences will end up saying Check Mate to the makers.

  • The Force Awakens is the new beginning by J J Abrams and is satiating enough for the franchise fans.
