Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar

2023 · The Print · Mar 2023

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar is almost unbearable. The first two hours drag endlessly, and the film only picks up—pace and life—in the last 20 minutes. If this really is the last rom-com of his career, Ranbir Kapoor deserved a better swan song.

Cirkus

2022 · The Print · Dec 2022

Rohit Shetty's Cirkus is the worst film of this year, and that is a task considering it had to compete with Vijay Deverakonda's Liger, and Tiger Shroff's Heropanti 2. The chaotic narrative of the film fails completely, and what comes across is extremely dull and boring. Ranveer Singh, who can infuse energy into the dullest of films, completely misses his beat in Cirkus.

Ram Setu

2022 · The Print · Oct 2022

Reen, the film shows how crucial and refreshing it is to have female filmmakers who understand the layers of being a woman in India, especially the ones who lie at the cross sections of caste, class, and religion.
