The film is flawed, not just in pacing, but also some characters.

If you are still ‘carrying’ on reading this, I have good news to share. I was glad when the movie got over and you must also be glad now that this review is over.

Remember the British Comedy Films in the ‘Carry On’ series? This film attempts to be that and then takes comedy into darker realms. The dialog and situations are very funny in parts, the characters are beautifully cast, but a better director would not allowed the film to meander all over the village.

For all its merits, it ultimately feels like an empty film that depends more on the quirks of the characters than the characters themselves. As a film that describes its protagonists as wannabe gangsters, it almost ends up being a victim of its own joke.

Overall, this film would appeal to only those who are fond of witnessing crass and crude humour.
