‘Dear Zindagi’ would have worked better if it was little shorter and focussed, as it is SRK fans should definitely watch him in a different avatar, playing his age. Otherwise, it’s not a must watch, just worth a once watch.
-
At a lot of places, the film takes the audiences’ sensibilities for granted. As disappointing as it may sound, the sequel fails to rock.
-
The heroes of the film are only the action and the cinematography, as said earlier; otherwise it isn’t worth your penny.

Vishal Shekhar give in peppy music and the background score gets loud at times. However, there is nothing really great about it. Mediocre and predictable is how we would describe the film. Probably Jadhav wanted to go safe with his first outing, but we thought he could have waited a little more and given us a film as endearing as his Marathi outings.
-
Technically, the low VFX on why the superhero is flying so low are explained in the film, but yes there is scope for improvement. Cinematography is ace and songs will definitely stay with us for long.
-
A few dialogue do make us laugh and make us hopeful that the film might pick up but it completely tanks off in the second half. Technically, as produced b Aanand L Rai and Krishika Lulla, it is sound. But plot is where is gives off.

Dishoom has good production values. The helicopter chase scene is claimed to be the most expensive stunt performed by its makers. While the story is cliché, the screenplay is in focus since the high octane action sequences give it a high entertainment quotient.
Masala Entertainer it is this weekend then. Go for it. -
For Salman Khan’s diehard fans, it’s a perfect family watch on a gloomy rainy day, go for it and for those who are not his fans, which is a rarity, you can wait for it to premier on TV.

You can conveniently skip this one and leave for a long drive this weekend.

The film uses a series of cliché and the sympathy seeking tactics make you roll your eyes.
