Saibal Chatterjee's Film Reviews
-
Aatma is meant to send shivers down the spine and shock the viewers out of their seats. All it does manage to do is set off a few mild waves of cold bemusement.
-
Barring the off-kilter musical score, which is completely out of sync with the predominantly naturalistic drift of the film, Jolly LLB is a jolly good film.
-
Mere Dad Ki Maruti is a winner, an easy film to like. Go right ahead.
-
As for the film as a whole, there can be no room for any doubt. It is recommended unequivocally.
-
Chitrangada strikes the right notes for the most part and Prachi Desai lends a bubbly energy to a few of the scenes. Both Zarina Wahab and Mini Mathur bring a touch of warmth to bear upon an otherwise hopelessly soggy film.
-
Zila Ghaziabad is unalloyed trash. It is headed straight for the dump yard – stay well clear.
-
Kai Po Che is a must watch.
-
Murder 3, a thriller that vacillates between the taut to the toxic, packs enough punch and panache to keep the audience glued, if not sweep them off their feet.
-

-
Special 26 truly special. Not be missed.
