Most Divergent Takes

Nakhrewaalii

Nakhrewaalii

2026 · TimesNowNews

Ansh and Pragati carry the film on their shoulders ably, but the setting and its concept are dead and buried. Nakhrewaalii attempts to evoke laughs through an absurd situation that the characters go through; sadly, the efforts fall flat. If you're looking for a light-hearted romantic comedy, Nakhrewaalii doesn't completely do justice to its genre.

O'Romeo

O'Romeo

2026 · TimesNowNews

O Romeo is a poetic bloodbath that showcases the raw chemistry between Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri, though it suffers from a dragged screenplay that undermines its potential.

The Vvaan - Force of the Forrest

The Vvaan - Force of the Forrest

2026 · TimesNowNews

When The Vvaan enters the forest at night, it peaks. However, the film doesn’t know what to do with the conflict. The problem lies in the emotional execution. The Vvaan could have been one of the best mythological dramas, but it falls short in acting and emotional depth.

Prahaar

Prahaar

2026 · TimesNowNews

It might not be the most flawless film of the year, but it does have its moments that stay with you. Prahaar must be remembered for its haunting and solid recreation of the CSMT attack, its courtroom sequences, humanisation of terrorism and the sentiment of anti-war that Jaideep Ahlawat breathes into the movie.

Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday's 'Saat Samundar Paar' love story is chaotic but well-intentioned, presenting a film that struggles to find coherence despite its earnest efforts.

Thamma

Thamma

2025 · TimesNowNews · Oct 2025

Thamma’s biggest blunder is its weak plot. The lack of whistle-worthy moments, catchy sequences and cinematic appeal hampers its potential. After Stree 2, the stakes were high, at least with the cameos. Eventually, it leads to disappointment.

Jolly LLB 3

2025 · TimesNowNews · Sep 2025

... has the potential to be a clean and happy family entertainer. Slightly inclined towards preachy, it picks up soon and rectifies before ending up as a complete shipwreck

Fateh

2025 · TimesNowNews · Jan 2025

If you are a fan of Sonu Sood, Fateh could make for a decent watch. Otherwise, it suffers from unexciting treatment even when style and action are in abundance.

Baby John

2024 · TimesNowNews · Dec 2024

Baby John is a good attempt at fan service. But, offers nothing fresh and exciting. It is high time to redefine mass actioners that come from South filmmakers.
