Telugu Mirchi Reviewer's Film Reviews
-
“Bengal Tiger” is an action comedy film that has all the commercial ingredients such as comedy, romance, heavy-duty fighting sequences, etc. Ravi Teja’s energetic performance, punch dialogues, few songs, some rib tickling comedy scenes in the first half and Raashi Khanna’s skin show are the big attractions of the film. Even though the film has a routine story, the engaging screenplay makes it an interesting watch.

The film has garnered mixed reviews from the audience. The film is neither bad nor good. First half of the film runs on dull note, with a promising second half. Slight comedy, pinch of craziness and a big gang of kidnappers, last but not the least Anjali’s Munni role make the film to stand on an average mode, without falling below.
-
Even though, Cheekati Rajyam is not exceptional, it makes for an engaging watch.

“Kumari 21 F” is the sort of love story that mainly youth will connect to. Everyone who’s fallen in love will connect with the emotions the protagonists go through in the film. The film manages to satisfy the teenagers with some bold dialogues and raunchy scenes.

Even though there is no commercial angle in the film, Kanche must be truly appreciated for its hard work. It is really a different attempt from Krish. He should be appreciated for making such a film in the times where only commercial films attain success at the box-office. However, Varun Tej’s matured performance, stunning visuals, realistic war sequences and a bit of Pragya Jaiswal glamour make the film a watchable one.

There are various factors that have made people curiously looked forward for the release of Baahubali. The first and foremost factor is the Director Rajamouli itself. People pinned a lot of hopes on him. He really stood up to the expectations of the audience.
Generally there will be some minor issues, when a big project is handled. Baahubali has also some minor negative aspects which can be easily ignored, when compared with the work done by the whole team for the film.

Debutant Director needs a pat for his effort in presenting routine story in appealingly different style. His relying on comedy has paid him. Though the story sounds as a routine cop entertainer, it was differently dealt. The first half was racy with introduction of characters, songs and comedy. Kalyan Ram joining hands with corrupt politicians and their settlements is fun to watch.
In a nutshell, Patas is a visual feast for Nandamuri fan.
-
The film gave equal importance to family, tradition, romance and patriotism with all the important characters getting a decent exposure. Rajnikanth will easily spin a box-office magic with Lingaa. Don’t miss “Lingaa”, if you are a die-hard fan of Super Star Rajinikanth. One can surely watch this film for Rajinikanth’s magic in dual role.

One can watch “Rough” to see Aadi as a action hero and killer onscreen chemistry of Aadi and Rakul Preet. But, if one loves to see Rakul’s glamour, they are in the form of songs on Youtube. If one wants to listen to Aadhi’s dialogues, they are available as teasers. There is no point to rush to theatres to watch a boring drama that kills our time. On the whole, ‘Rough’ is an average mass entertainer.

Vijay could re-establish himself with Oka Laila Kosam after Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyindi’s hit. He could succeed in bringing new talented angles of Chaitu, Anup and Andru. All the three skills have been elevated by Vijay. It is a ‘watch with family’ entertainer. A clean and cool film will be liked by all Akkineni fans.
