• ”Munna Michael is not cinema, it’s a circus where we see a chiseled Tiger dancing like a dream”. Beat it’ or ‘Enjoy Yourselves’.

  • Glaring loopholes like Mohan’s attraction towards Raina and the reason for Sonal’s attraction towards other men is not explained or the maker wants us to believe it or take it as it comes. Unwanted back stories (The French neighbor past) are added just to make it feel intense but it fails to work.

  • JAGGA JASOOS is a missed opportunity in the end. This surprise musical fantasy solely rides on Ranbir Kapoor’s infectious charm and those couple flashes of brilliance. Watch it if you have the patience and appreciation for something brave and different.

  • Lazy, lame and painfully unfunny yawn com…

  • All said and done TUBELIGHT is a huge waste of the given opportunity and resources, if we say that it missed in making a statement on the common ‘belief’ associated with North East Indians with the Zhu Zhu episode it will be an understatement.

  • Its not that BANK CHOR doesn’t aim for a cinematic statement, it does, the maker has tried to make a comment on the cultural and other divides in this film but it’s so juvenile that it hardly registers and ends up a mockery – a joke on itself. Watch it at your own risk.

  • BAYWATCH is nothing but a strong testimony on how far a studio can go in ‘water’ for ‘mass’ consumption and crazy cash grabs.

    Stay away from this BAY.

  • Ruined by a bland, by-the-numbers plot and mediocre performance, HALF GIRLFRIEND is a painful adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s novel. Yes we have had engaging adaptations like KAI PO CHE!, 2 STATES and the modern cult 3 IDIOTS (inspired) from Chetan Bhagat’s work but we also had ONE NIGHT @ THE CALL CENTRE and now we have HALF GIRLFRIEND to give a full company.

Dekho but at your own risk.

  • It’s breezy, but mediocre that fails to use the potential of the premise though inspired into a beguiling rom com. Yes we can say it’s better than BEFIKRE, Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra are delightfully charming in this long prolonged affair and if that motivates you to go for it go or else wait for the official DVD.

  • As and when Amitabh Bachchan comes on screen it reminds of the 2005 Subash Nagre, this deja vu is good for RGV as it still manages to give a glimmer of hope that all is not lost for RGV till yet. His comments on social media may not be taken seriously but still those who have grown up watching his cinema since SHIVA in 1989 know about his capabilities and are still waiting. The sentiments mentioned however are bad for SARKAR 3 as the movie follows the form of the original SARKAR but to diminishing effect.
