While watching ‘Wasseypur’, the entire film takes your life away! ‘Gangs of Wasseypur 2’ is a film, which, with its predecessor, is one that is here to stay, to break conceptions, to demolish structures. With the history of Wasseypur, ‘Wasseypur’ has created another history.

From the trailers, it was pretty easy to guess that the film would be an action-packed adrenaline-punched one, and it has not let viewers down even a bit. An amalgam of thrilling moments and feverish pace, ‘Tezz’ doesn’t disappoint the average action-loving moviegoer.Deficiencies apart, the chase sequences in the film are brilliantly shot, and the cinematographer deserves a round of standing ovation. The abundance of thrilling moments keeps the viewer taut all through the film. Watch ‘Tezz’ for action, energy, and adrenaline!

‘Gattu’ carries forward the recent trend of sensible, intelligent funny and moving films about child protagonists, namely ‘Taare Zameen Par’, ‘I Am Kalam’ and ‘Stanley Ka Dabba’. Add one more film to that luminous list of cinema on little wonders.

If the trailers had made you wonder that this would be the next ‘Band Baaja Baarat’, you were grossly mistaken. And so were most other people. Amita Pathak and Pulkit Sharma barely make it to the cut. And ‘Bittoo Boss’ falls flat on its face, tepid and lacklustre.The film barely manages to hold interest, and apart from a few smart-alec, innuendo-laced songs, the others are just unnecessary. With a heavy dose of your average Bollywood clichés and below-average performances, ‘Bittoo Boss’ doesn’t entertain. It is a few precious hours of your life wasted. Invest them in something worthwhile!

This Sajid Khan film is certainly not for people who feel cinema needs to be driven by quality content and logic. Then, we are sorry to keep away from this film. But if you are someone who likes to chortle even for no reason or someone who believes in keeping the brains off while entering a cinema hall, then ‘Housefull 2’ is the right thing for you. Though the film has certain glitches, one can easily overlook them, for the film certainly promises a great deal of laughter that will leave you pleading for a break.

All in all, ‘Ekk Deewana Tha’ is a movie that seems to have been lost in translation. However, Prateik deserves praise for his efforts. Also, the cinematography scores well, and some marvellously shot scenes in Kerala are a visual treat. Manu Rishi, who plays the role of Prateik’s older buddy, is charming. The few laughs that the actor delivers are truly enjoyable.

One doesn’t expect much from a first time director venturing into big bad world of Bollywood with a typical romantic comedy. The plot appears to be lifted from a Hollywood flick, it targets the youth and it releases close to Valentine’s Day. How different can the rom-com be, one wonders. But director Shakun Batra springs a surprise with this movie.

Starring Akshaye Khanna, Shriya Saran, Mugdha Godse, Satish Kaushik and Annu Kapoor, ‘Gali Gali Chor Hai’ is a light-hearted yet realistic take on everyman.
