Conjuring 2- again from the same director James Wan is a ambitious and entertaining horror movie, that stirs your body upside down from terror, right to the face horror coming from all the directions, what is better than the previous movie is it is more ambitious and when there is ambition, there is flaws, the main flaw is genuine feel to it, it felt less real than the first one and lot of happening going on in the movie which make it a little exhausted, the cinematography is amazing as the first one, background music is good too and it felt like rushed where as the first one feels really good and more real and short on story and has more genuine feel to it.

“Goosebumps” is an entertaining mix of horror and comedy. It does not defined any new norms for genre but it is pretty much satisfying and hugely entertaining. It shows loyalty to its source material and make a funny ride and a small twist make it even better.Its a fun way to spend the night.

“Pather panchali” Directed by Satyajit Ray, is a rare accomplishment that is known for its originality, deeply moving and soul stirring approach. It is the story of a boy named apu living in the village ready to explore nature and the world around him.It feels so natural that it doesn’t feel like a movie, and you are attached to the apu and family the moment you saw them. Every frame of the movie felt like painting and you want to be lost in it.It tells us about the nature that gives us everything and also takes something from us and still the journey goes on.

“The Good dinosaur” a Pixar studio movie, tries hard to be full of adventure and original but ain’t reach its full potential.The heart of the movie is at the right place but totally lacks the originality. It’s visually gorgeous and beautifully animated. The first half is good and the movie never slows down but the second half feel like déjà vu and end in a predictable fashion.

‘Ant-man’ Directed by Peyton Reed , is an adventurous, funny,simple and light hearted movie.A breathe of fresh air is still sweeping in antman which make it enjoyable enough.Story is well developed and the screenplay is great but what this movie lacks is to take risk , its a safe movie that could be marvels best but they miss the opportunity. It’s still better than Thor movies.The actors especially paul rudd and michael douglous played well enough to engage you and the visual effects are good though.If Edgar wright(Director of cornetto trilogy) should have directed it, it should be in league of avengers, guardians of galaxy but this doesn’t happen.

‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ directed by Sharat Katariya, is a little feast for eyes for its cinematography and got heart which is generally missing in now-a-days movies.Its realistic approach make it more charming. Bhumi Padnekar acting for a debutant is very genuine and she definitely needs credit for her acting skills, Ayushman’s acting is average. I wish i could give it 7.5.

‘Saaransh’ Directed by Mahesh Bhatt, is one of the best movies of him. Its a movie that tells us about what will happen when you lost the part of yourself , how it affects you and you need some motive to survive. One of the meaningful plots come from Bollywood. Anupam kher’s acting debut won him win a National Award. His acting marks a strong debut and Rohini Hattangadi was good too. Meaningful songs are there too.

Piku Directed by Shoojit Sircar which is behind Vicky Donor and Madras cafe is an unexpected journey which will stand in somewhere between The Lunchbox and Finding fanny in case of charm.The story is simple but the execution make it a must watch.The real life moments in the movie make it different than others.The acting was good too. Camera work is perfect.

Mad Max: Fury Road is a technical achievement and in league of movies like life of pi, gravity, avatar for its technicality and the world created by mastermind’George Miller’ is totally believable.Cinematography is perfect. It will surely be nominated for several oscars next year.This is one of the best action movies in years even beat out Avengers and Avengers 2. This is the movie where madness is at its peak. Background score is great too.

Avengers: Age of Ultron Directed By Joss Whedon is a highly entertaining one.
There is ton of action in it and by the end, you are satisfied with the result.Cinematography is good too but the main villian of the movie is villian due to its rushed origination. Ultrons motive lacks the punch.Loki was far better than ultron. Avengers 2 is like we have seen it before in Avengers.It is not fresh as the Avengers and does not break any ground.Guardians of galaxy and Captain America was better than this one. Now waiting for civil war.

“Kingsman” Directed by Matthew Vaughn is an entertaining one that has very good cast and Vaughn mostly succeeds in mixing the humour to the old school bond stories.This movie had style like his previous films but the major problem is its consistency or you can say screenplay.Action in this movie is super cool but sometimes its over the top or mindless but the execution is perfect.

“Oculus” is haunting because it messes with your head. That’s where the ghosts are.It has twisted Story with Excellent Performances ,an intense,devastating experience that relies as heavily on its character-building as its scary imagery.

“Insidious: Chapter 2” Directed by James Wan is decidedly short on the tension and surprises that made its predecessor so chilling but execution of the mystery is good. Its less scary and more of the same story as first with some good twists.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes with intelligence and emotional resonance to match its stunning special effects, it expands on its predecessor with an exciting and ambitious burst of sci-fi achievement.Its so fresh that the running time of 2hr 10 min felt like half an hour ,its so engaging.

Thor 2 may not be the finest film to come from the Marvel Universe, but Thor: The Dark World still offers plenty of the humor and high-stakes action that fans have come to expect.A wildly uneven but entertaining sequel to one of Marvel Comics’ most enduring franchises.

22 Jump Street Directed by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller is a bromatic movie comprised of good natured humor but not as funny as original. 22 Jump Street is the rare sequel that improves upon the original in terms of level and story.

Life of Pi achieves the near impossible, it’s an astonishing technical achievement that’s also emotionally rewarding.Mr. Lee’s film is stronger as a visual experience-especially in 3-D-than an emotional one.This movie is to be seen and experienced. It is not to be heard.
