It feels like a bunch of tasteless jokes strung together.

Grown Ups 2 is too shoddy, lazy and low-IQ to be fun.

When it comes to scraping the bottom of the comedic barrel, Adam Sandler reigns supreme. Marking the eighth collaboration between the former Saturday Night Live entertainer and director Dennis Dugan, this sequel merely refashions the basic plot of the 2010 original.

The only thought that this film might provoke is to make you wonder what Sandler and gang were thinking when they made this.

While Adam Sandler has his own fan following him, chances are, even they won’t be able to digest these proceedings easily. So, Grown Ups 2 is meant for anyone but grown ups and at 91 minutes this film is about 88 minutes too long.

One ought to thank Sandler though, because thanks to this movie the dreadfulness of all future films will be measured on a scale of 1 to ‘Grown Ups 2’

This film exists as Sandler’s another jab at box-office success—which has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of writing or performance.
