Along with Reeves the big star of the film is returning director Chad Stahelski who lathers the stunt sequences with intricately designed moves of ass kickery backed up with some seriously stunning cinematography. There's heightened mood in each dramatic or action scene.

If you've grown up on a staple diet of action films and you worship the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone and Bruce Willis as gods, John Wick 2 is the definite chapter in your murderous holy book. But If you're someone who despises the sight of gory action, this film has enough self aware critique to earn your difficult nod too. In the same vein as the movie's excessive themes, John Wick: Chapter 2 should be called a modern action classic.

though i like action films, the first johnwick was a major disoppointment. hessitantly watched the 2nd installment, & was stunned withthe action choreograhy as well as smart direction. the second half is unmissable, though violance is overdone one does gets shaken. u know he will kill all, he does & how, wow.
John Wick: Chapter 2 is a great customization of the John Wick template that they used in 2014 plus some more high-octane action, an even stronger and powerful Keanu Reeves, and a bit more words from his mouth. TN.
