Love, Rosie is as stock and clichéd as they come. It neither surprises nor disappoints, it just arrives and leaves without making you feel anything. It is a zombie of a movie, but at best it is harmless and at worst humourless. One fascinating aspect of the movie is how Lilly Collins, a reasonably talented actress, continues to choose turkeys. Hugh Grant, however, would raise an eyebrow at Claflin's dialogue delivery, if only the latter was as funny as the former.

Early on a condom gone literally wayward, explaining the pregnancy, promises a more adventurous film than it eventually turns out to be. But what do we know? It is Valentine's Day weekend after all.

Love, Rosie is quaint comfort-cinema that makes for an amiable watch.

Flat, dull and devoid of emotion...The locations are beautiful whenever they are in focus. Lily Collins is okay on the eyes. And for the girls, we have ripped guys. It is passable for a Valentine's Day film, if you don't have any other plans.

Rosie Dunne leaves a lot undone. And maybe that's how real life is, but you really can't be that stupid in life. Really not worth your time or money. Unless you're a sucker for these kind of films.
