Mura

Mura provides a good movie-watching experience for those who are more into dynamic action and exciting sequences. A ferocious action drama with a friendship story at the heart of it.

However, the film struggles to make viewers feel sympathetic towards the four youths due to the constant bombardment of crimes. Although we see the four protagonists together frequently and catch glimpses of their camaraderie, the narrative rarely explores their lives beyond the world of crimes. The film's heavy emphasis on violence undermines its emotional depth and while the action sequences are compelling, they don't compensate for the lack of emotional nuance in the portrayal of the four characters.

Musthafa scores big with the cast, especially the four young actors. The action is raw and real as it can get; be it in the chase sequences or the fights. What works against the film is that the script meanders a bit towards the second half, thus leaving an underwhelming effect.
