As ‘The Space Between Us’ resorts to generic pandering by catering to its core demographic of teens and young adults looking for a date movie around Valentine’s Day, the real space ends up being between a great concept on paper, and its actualisation on screen.

Just when one thought the Young Adult genre of movies was dead, The Space Between Us pops up and continues to make the case for the genre to be permanently buried.

The production values are of expected quality, but overall tread wisely into this space only if you must.

The space part of the title barely works. But at least the between us moments do.
