• DO NOT MISS ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’. Let’s take this story to the smallest of towns. Let the Sweetys in every village and every town know that they are normal!

  • …the film hits an emotional plateau. It fails to make you feel deeply for its characters. You wish you had a tear for at least one of them. Had that happened, Baazaar would be considered a much better investment…If powerplay and money matters interest you, watch Baazaar.

  • Paltan is definitely worth a watch as it relives India’s 1967 triumph over China and rouses our patriotic feelings.

  • Vishwaroop 2 boasts of some great cameos by Shekhar Kapur, Waheeda Rahman and Jaideep Ahlawat but they are so good in whatever little screen-time they have got that sometimes you feel they are wasted in the film. The spy-thriller doesn’t rely much on jingoism, though, which is a relief.

  • Mulk is worth a watch because it focuses on some pivotal issues of the day.

  • With a script that does justice to its larger-than-life scenario, heart-racing action stunts and good performances, Fallout is certainly right up there with some of the best instalments in the movie franchise.

  • In Lust Stories, the directors have a huge field to play around in and they make the most of it. They prove that lust, after all, is yet another expression of love.

  • Don’t go for the slow-mos and the dialogues. Watch it for the story, and the incredible performances. It’s a bit too long and there will be a time when you might feel bored but the climax will defintely make up for it.

  • It’s being hailed as a female buddy flick and the girls are open about drinking, having flings and discussing sex, which by and large is taboo in our films, so it’s brave in that sense. But it has nothing to do with women empowerment. Once you accept that and watch the film you are in for a crazy ride. Yes, there are loopholes in the story but then it never professed to be taken seriously. It’s pitched as a comedy and one needn’t always find logic in the fun.

  • If you’re game for action and a fan of Tiger Shroff’s stuntbaazi, then you should give this film a shot.
