An uninteresting, uninvolving film...The treatment of the film is moth-balled (a line in English is translated immediately after in Hindi) and hackneyed. Bad songs punctuate the proceedings. Background music is used to buoy almost every scene.

Saif Ali Khan can’t save this stock market trash...Despite a bullish Saif Ali Khan and a competent Radhika Apte, Baazaar is a mediocre film that tries to borrow from masterworks such as The Wolf of the Wall Street and The Big Short with disastrous results.

Save for Saif. His character has a thing for stories and tells them like riddles with deviousness stroked in affability. He is evil in its most hypnotic, powerful, persuasive, expressive and exonerated avatar -- now where have you heard of this kind before?

Saif Ali Khan Is Rock-Solid In A Passable Film...But Rohan Mehra struggles to tide over his limitations while Radhika and Chitrangada make their presence felt

Baazaar uses plenty of stock market jargon and showcases complex ideas like insider trading and financial manipulation with ease. It’s great to see an edgy story unfold in completely new settings in a Hindi film. The movie has a lot of hustle and power play from the world of industrialists, politicians and money brokers, and that makes for a smart investment, especially for movie buffs.

...the film hits an emotional plateau. It fails to make you feel deeply for its characters. You wish you had a tear for at least one of them. Had that happened, Baazaar would be considered a much better investment...If powerplay and money matters interest you, watch Baazaar.

Bazaar, starring Saif Ali Khan and Rohan Mehra, is a drama that fails to shine due to its sketchy screenplay...

Far from an Indian version of 'The Wolf Of Wall Street'The first half of the film drags at an even keel without any real inciting moments, merely establishing the characters

Saif Ali Khan's swag never flags in this unflaggingly middling affair...

Saif Ali Khan is absolutely earth shattering in Baazaar (Stock Market) where he plays an unscrupulous businessmen who gambles in the stock markets along with newbie Rohan Vinod Mehra who is absolutely incompetent as his protege stockbroker looking to make it big in the millennium city. TN.
