• There’s a lovely line that Olaf, the snowman, says in the film – Some people are worth melting for. Likewise, even if you are not too fond of snow, some love stories are worth freezing for! Do not miss out on this magical journey of love and self-discovery.

  • Characters are not developed enough. You don’t feel for them. Result being, you end up as mere spectators instead of well-wishers. While the film preaches ‘passion’ for whatever you do, it is exactly what seems to be missing from it.

  • …is tense and intriguing. If you haven’t seen the previous film, this might work better for you. Also, for the fainthearted, if you analyze your dreams way too much or face sleep disorders, stay away.

  • Free Birds is quite forgettable and generic for your liking. If your kid still insists, let him or her watch it. Meanwhile, you can dream of a scrumptious meal, while taking a short nap in the theatre.

  • Much to our relief, Sooper se Ooper is unconventional and thus not cliched. It’s a decent entertainer. Sadly, it’s not as funny as we had expected it to be either.

  • Ishq Actually is not actually about ishq but our notions of it so don’t expect a great love story.

  • To cut a long story short, Boss solely relies on Akshay’s star power and he carries the film on his shoulders with aplomb. It’s his dialoguebazi and filmygiri that make you smile, no matter how corny the one-liners.

  • The major issue with this movie is the fact that it borrows heavily from films like Chupke Chupke, Golmaal and Seeta Aur Geeta. Even if we ignore the lack of originality, the formula that worked in the 1970’s looks way too outdated for today. Besides, those films had a solid script and some great comic timing.

  • The events seem way too convenient, implausible and far-fetched for one’s liking, given the sensitivity of the situation. We understand it’s a comedy and so the wishful thinking, but a little authenticity would have helped. Also, why the cliches? Making media and politicians the butt of all jokes has been done to death.

  • If you are fine with seeing Diana as the ‘needy’ woman solely looking for love, living in suffocating secrecy, you may like the film. If you expect to revisit the aura of mystery surrounding her, you will be disappointed.
