• One of the film’s main draw— Sunny Leone looks the part. Compared to the obvious awkwardness in her first Bollywood film Jism 2, there’s a marked step-up.

The film could be disappointing for serious horror buffs. It may not be the scariest film you’ve seen, but with the combination of a few chilling moments, excellent supporting cast and the comedic relief, it certainly is entertaining!

  • A true coming-of-age-story…no cop-out. Now that’s a rare Bollywood gem. Do Not Miss!

  • Gulabi Gang is a fascinating and arresting account of an extraordinary activist who leads the meteoric rise of her organization. You must treat yourself to this one!

  • The film is watchable, yes, but less for the unimpressive story and mainly for the Ranveer-Priyanka-Arjun combo. And it’s well worth the effort!

  • Heartfelt and technically sound, the film is a mean debut by advertising man Vinil Mathew. Go watch!

  • There’s so much to be savoured in the film — from the performances, aesthetics, music, and the story itself. You don’t watch a film like this, you soak it in!

  • It’s exhilarating to get the opportunity to watch Sholay on the big screen. I was jittery about the 3D, but thankfully it doesn’t take anything away from the movie. The shots where things are flung in your direction are gimmicky, but the 3D is at its best when it’s invisible, giving you the added depth and bringing the story alive.

  • Acharya leaves the audience in a twist during the interval, and you’re left guessing what the great suspense is. There are obvious Hollywood influences (Now You See Me, The Prestige, The Dark Knight Returns) all through, and one wonders whether it’s a paucity of original ideas or do production houses want to play too safe.

  • You won’t come out of the theatre texting your friends that it’s a must-see film. But it’s a film where you can enjoy the imagery, the intensity, performances and chemistry, and forgive the excesses. A frilly good watch!

  • For the crisp writing, humour and Manish Paul’s antics this one’s worth your time.
