Jason Statham tries hard to stay upbeat with his adrenaline rushing avatar. But somewhere in the middle he gets trapped in bad script and forced action.

The onus is on the stunts (the seen before variety) rather than smarts. Exotic locales and Jessica Alba prettify the experience but routine action, jaded stunt choreography, an irritating background score and typically generic plotting weigh it down woefully!

At the end of the day is this a bad film? Yes. I’ll be fair and give credit where credit is due though.

But if you love the brand that is Jason Statham, I doubt you’re going to pass up the opportunity. Nor should you.
