Muppets Most Wanted Reviews and Ratings
-
None of the other characters makes a mark, with Ms Piggy (Jacobson) cutting a particularly sorry figure given that marriage to a reluctant Kermit appears to be her sole agenda for this film.
-
There are cameos aplenty in this fun film. People as unlikely as Tom Hiddleston and Ray Liotta (both gulag inmates) to some hip names in Hip Hop (Combs) and R&B (Usher) put in appeareances. And the song sequences are both fun and wacky – two words that sum up this film.
-
Definitely better than its predecessor, Muppets Most Wanted is an enjoyable affair thanks to some brilliant writing and a bunch of stellar cameos.
-
The repartee between a couple of detectives, an American CIA agent and a Frenchman is hilarious and when a film has characters of different nationalities, their accents can also add some humor. The film will charm the old timers familiar with the Muppets and will certainly win some new hearts as well. It is always fun to watch Ricky Gervais and Tina Fey although the former is a bit low key in the film. They may be age old but the Muppets are still good fun.

It’s a lot of fun for kids, and there are a few jokes for adults to cherish as well. In short, it’s for everyone, and only someone without a functioning heart would dislike the film. So go watch it.

Here the plot with the heist drama is outdated and unappealing. Moreover, loaded with cinematic liberties, the entire experience seems a farce.
Overall, the film offers loads of mild chuckles and fails to knock viewers off their feet.
-
Primarily targeted towards kids, Muppets Most Wanted efficiently combines mature themes with lovely animation. This makes it a fun and entertaining movie for everyone to watch. If you liked 2011’s The Muppets, you are bound to enjoy the sequel too.
-
Judging the Muppets against their own high standards is perhaps unfair, particularly when we’ve been absent of Henson’s genius for nearly 25 years. Muppets Most Wanted may not rise to the irreverent slapstick the gang once did, but it is still, after all, the Muppets.
-
Muppets Most Wanted with its songs, colour, humour and action is certified fun for the entire family. The sly referential jokes will have the adults chuckling, while the dance, song and simpler jokes will please the bachcha party enormously.
