However, there are a few of us who watch films like these with half of their faces covered with their hands, well, we too wouldn’t regret watching it. But this one is a serious no no for the faint hearted ones.

  • The passion of people making the film comes out on the screen and makes it a must watch.

  • The film uses a series of cliché and the sympathy seeking tactics make you roll your eyes.

  • The only interesting part of the film is the songs. Azhar basically is the output of poor screenplay, one sided direction, weak dialogues, and fictionalized reality. It’s a mess pot backed by scintillating music.

  • Traffic, both the original and its Hindi version, will forever bear authentication to the enormousness of the loss that Pillai’s untimely death represents for cinema. The goosebumps that shall rise and the pace of your heart beat are worth every second of his thriller. The unforeseen circumstances grip on to your attention so tight that you wouldn’t want to move an inch.
