Debutant director Shelly Chopra Dhar’s Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga is an interesting romance tale with a social message, where love blossoms at a wedding and culminates on the stage of a theatrical performance.
-
Watch it for the intense moments of thrill that it has to offer and for the lead actress, who has also turned a director with this venture. As a first time filmmaker, Kangana has proven her skills and the film stands victorious.
-
Overall, this film is awe inspiring due to its grandeur but fails to touch the emotional chord in your heart.
-
Overall, this film is notches better than any of the previous movies offering a glimpse into Balasaheb’s life.

Uri is a work of many achievements. But to me, a film about national pride without a single shot of the Indian flag is the biggest miracle since the invention of the motionpicture camera. This is a glorious beginning to 2019. And if patriotism is the flavour of the year, bring it on, provided it’s not about Paki-bashing. Just getting even.
-
Overall, while the original film was “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”, this one is “simply-fragilistically-sad”.
-
The film has ace technical values with excellent production values, brilliant cinematography, skilfully choreographed action sequences, fine editing and intensely dazzling background score. The songs mesh seamlessly into the narrative. They are melodious with catchy tunes and are well picturised.
-
Overall, while the film opens with an intriguing and engaging scene, the overall packaging despite being fantastical, lacks the punch.
-
Mounted with brilliant visual effects and astounding score, each moment feels stunning, larger than life and simply beautiful. A little bit of editing of the action sequences could have made the film a bit more-taut.
Nevertheless, the fluidity on screen is simply impeccable and a joy to watch. It is easily one of the best from the DC Extended Universe.
