• Fake hair is well balanced with real moments and real people. The early morning milkman, the newspaper delivery boy and his cycle, the misty wintry mornings, the old Kolkata buildings and the roadside kachoris make Piku a delectable ride. Watch and drool.

  • Let’s just say Mr. X is a quarterly deal between the Bhatts and their bhanja with everything typically Vishesh films — hot Chiquita, check, bad CG, check and kissing scenes, hell check!!
My only question to Mr. X was Y! Why were you made? Watch it only if you are a huge Hashmi fan.

  • Watch it once for some great performances and fabulous production values that one hasn’t seen in Hindi films in a long time.

  • I wonder what kind of conviction or payments made such talented actors; (from Naseer to Om Puri to Sushant Singh to Atul Kulkarni and Anupam Kher) take up such blah of a film. Dirty Politics is very dirty, no, not the kinds you are thinking. That dirt is usually deleted for a UAE release!! Bummer!!

  • Watch it with family. It gives a free nostalgic trip to the world of scooters, video audio tapes and landline phones and everything nineties.

  • Watch it for the debutant director’s attempt at telling a different story with gorgeous actors that make enough eye candies!

  • It breaks my heart to see so much money, time and effort being spent on building such massive gorgeous sets for a film that doesn’t have much to tell.

  • Dolly Ki Doli could have been spunkier, funkier and all things better. Watch it only for Rajkummar Rao, Varun Sharma and Archana Puran Singh.

  • Tevar, ironically, lacks attitude and spunk. Watch it only for Manoj Bajpayee.

  • I won’t rate the film because to capture genuine efforts of a genuine filmmaker like Hirani in numbers will be unfair. So go watch the film. Like it or dislike it. But be fearless to question it as well, just like PK does, unapologetically, unabashedly in the film.
