• All forces are at work in the first half of the film to hoist him as an indefatigable on-screen simpleton supremo. A few scenes that may even remind you of the hit Munnabhai series, where Tubelight goes around spouting Gandhian principles and applies them to his own life.
Watch this film if you love Salman enough to ignore the flaws in his film.

  • It’s the contemporary parts of the film that are relatively enjoyable. While you may wonder how a rich, eccentric man is allowed to roam free in Europe kidnapping women, the film doesn’t bow down to logic.

  • Predictably, and disappointingly, Wonder Woman loses steam in its final act: so busy is it in setting up a massive showdown with multiple leading characters that it eschews the movie’s central themes and its grand questions about war and morality. At a running time of 140 minutes, Wonder Woman could have done with some tighter editing.

  • Watch this film if you are in the mood for a romance punctuated by a generous dose of drama, tears and heartache. You may not become any wiser in love with this film, but you are not going to die of boredom either.

  • Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is a colorful amalgamation of hit serials like Game Of Thrones and those archaic Indian mythological series such as Mahabharata or the Ramayna. It’s bloody, gory and has an indefatigable hero who know how to slay his opponents.
Watch this if you are a fan of fantasy fiction and love tales of warrior kings and fierce queens.

  • Watch this if you are in the mood for an enjoyable feel-good film.

  • While the first half is an extended version of the trailer and is laborious, the second half picks up pace considerably. The attempts of the establishment to smoke them out of their own domain is interesting, but somehow it’s difficult to connect to them. The subtext of ruthless colonialism, the aftermath of partition of a fractured India and the rumble of Hindi-Muslim riots makes the film cluttered and heavy.
Watch this only if you are fan of Balan.

  • If you are game to watch some good acting and realistic action sequences, then Naam Shabana should be on your list. But if you are in search of a watertight plot, then this movie has missed that mark.

  • The computer graphics in this movie is notable, barring the climax which feels overdone. It’s the predictability of the story that lets this film done. You know what’s coming long before it plays out and that makes it tedious and soul-destroying.

  • If you are in the mood for a no-frills thriller, then be sure to give Rao’s Trapped a shot. You will not feel like you are caught in a terrible movie.
