An entertainer with some unpredictable and witty moments.

Rough gives a weird sense of disappointment, the kind that you get even when you weren’t expecting anything to begin with.

Barring audiences who don’t mind watching an overdose of fights, few jokes, two build-up songs, one beautiful heroine; Rough is not for the ordinary viewer.

One can watch “Rough” to see Aadi as a action hero and killer onscreen chemistry of Aadi and Rakul Preet. But, if one loves to see Rakul’s glamour, they are in the form of songs on Youtube. If one wants to listen to Aadhi’s dialogues, they are available as teasers. There is no point to rush to theatres to watch a boring drama that kills our time. On the whole, ‘Rough’ is an average mass entertainer.

‘Rough’ is a below par mass entertainer which lacks an interesting story line. Aadi’s performance and a few emotional scenes here and there are the only saving grace in this film which is quite outdated and boring.

First half of the film is slightly better than the second half which will make you search for the nearest exit all the time. Thanks to Rakul’s growing fan base, Rough got decent openings compared to recent releases. However it will surely suffer huge fall after the weekend as the word of mouth is spreading like wildfire. Stay away from this.
