A complete waste of two hours.

  • If you’ve liked Khosla Ka Ghosla, Challo Dilli and Do Dooni Chaar, you will love Sooper Se Ooper. This film isn’t about getting from point A to point B; it’s about enjoying the journey — destination be damned.

Much to our relief, Sooper se Ooper is unconventional and thus not cliched. It’s a decent entertainer. Sadly, it’s not as funny as we had expected it to be either.

…faces stiff competition this week with six films releasing, certainly has more than an uphill task of manage to make it past the weekend. Though the film has an interesting story line with more than praise worthy comic actors, the sad under usage of talent plagues the film. If that wasn’t enough, the final nail in the coffin is the fact that despite being promoted as a comedy the film almost never makes you laugh.

  • SOOPER SE OOPER is a decent comedy with lots of drama. The first 20 minutes establish the plot with the situation shifting from Mumbai to Rajasthan. It’s exciting. But director Shekhar Ghosh lingers on with the plot for more than required time, thus lengthening the movie. What should have ended inside an-hour-and-a-half stays over for 20 more minutes.

Sooper Se Ooper barely holds any merit for one to go watch the film. Easy avoidable.
