• There should have been statutory warning at the start of this film, just like they have on cigarette packets and which is now mandatory before the screening of every film in a theatre.

  • For a thought, the plot looks good on paper, but Kataria tries to interject too many characters and situations and in the bargain loses his hold.

  • The film is loud, dramatic and over-the-top. It is designed especially for the festive holiday crowd. It is also a calculated business move with an eye on the business module of film-making. At the end of the day, the moolah that is raked in will be the deciding factor, not the ratings given by the critics!

  • The styling of the film is super. No efforts are lacking in making it look and feel grand. The Music By A R Rahman, though not ranking among his best, does get you grooving. The choreography is splendid, especially the dance track where Meera lets her hair down with Samar. Awesome.

  • As the slant in the title suggests, this movie is centered in the North. It gets you the flavor of food, Chicken in particular, and love… a triple dose of it. Actually, love is the underlying factor among all the characters.

  • RUSH had the potential to be a decent flick but too many gaping holes in the script let the plot down at crucial stages.

  • I went in without expectations but came out thoroughly impressed and entertained. This indeed is Ajab Gazaab Love!

  • CHAKRAVYUH gives you a ringside view of the people’s movement. More importantly, you will be the one to decide on which side the truth lies. Kudos to Jha for dealing with such a sensitive topic without taking sides.

    A must see movie.

  • I don’t know why, but I get this strange feeling that the director was not fully involved or attached to SOTY. The mark of intensity that one has seen in his past films is missing. It’s like a grand wedding reception with a poor food spread.

  • It’s a super-duper film, one that cannot be missed at any cost.
